Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment remains in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
